📜 General Rules & Policies

Official rules, policies and important guidelines for the xWorld Community.
Effective date: 31 August 2026

These Rules & Policies govern participation in the xWorld Community and the use of services operated under the xWorld name.

They are intended to protect our players, community members, staff, creators, partners, infrastructure and services and to establish clear standards across the entire xWorld network.

By accessing, registering for, connecting to or otherwise using an xWorld service, you are required to comply with these Rules & Policies and any additional rules applicable to the specific service you are using.

1. Scope

These Rules & Policies apply across the entire xWorld network, including:

  • xWorld websites
  • xWorld forums
  • xWorld Discord servers
  • xWorld FiveM servers
  • xWorld game services
  • xWorld support and ticket systems
  • xWorld community platforms
  • xWorld applications and account systems
  • xWorld events
  • xWorld creator and partner programs
  • xWorld social and communication channels
  • Official xWorld stores and digital services
  • Any other platform or service officially operated by xWorld Interactive

Rules specific to an individual server, game mode, event, service or platform may apply in addition to these Rules & Policies.

Third-party services used in connection with xWorld, including Discord, Cfx, Rockstar Games and Tebex, may also impose their own terms and policies. Users remain responsible for complying with those requirements.

Where mandatory law or binding third-party platform requirements conflict with these Rules & Policies, the applicable mandatory requirement takes precedence.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

You may only use xWorld services if you meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law and by the platform through which the service is accessed.

You are responsible for your conduct and for activity performed through accounts under your control.

You must provide truthful information where information is required for account registration, verification, purchases, appeals, support requests or administrative processes.

Providing false, forged, manipulated or intentionally misleading information may result in restrictions or permanent exclusion.

3. General Conduct

All users must treat other members of the community with reasonable respect.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Targeted abuse
  • Serious or repeated personal attacks
  • Threats
  • Intimidation
  • Stalking
  • Encouraging others to harass another person
  • Deliberately disruptive behavior
  • Excessive toxicity
  • Attempts to create or escalate conflicts for the purpose of disrupting the community

Disagreement, criticism and competitive behavior are permitted. They do not justify harassment or targeted abuse.

Staff may intervene where behavior substantially disrupts the community even where the exact conduct is not specifically listed in these rules.

4. Discrimination, Hate Speech and Extremism

Content or conduct intended to seriously attack, degrade or dehumanize individuals or groups based on protected or comparable personal characteristics is prohibited.

This includes serious discriminatory abuse relating to characteristics such as:

  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Nationality
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Sexual orientation
  • Disability

The promotion or glorification of violent extremist organizations, terrorist organizations or organized hate groups is prohibited.

Historical, journalistic, educational or roleplay context may be considered where relevant, but context does not provide a general exemption for prohibited conduct.

5. Accounts and Multi-Accounting

Multi-accounting is prohibited throughout the xWorld network.

Unless expressly authorized by xWorld Management for a legitimate operational purpose, each person may maintain only one user account per xWorld service where that service uses an xWorld user identity.

A user may not create, maintain, control, obtain, share or use additional accounts for the purpose of maintaining multiple xWorld identities.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether an additional account is used to:

  • Evade a punishment
  • Gain additional benefits
  • Circumvent account or gameplay limits
  • Transfer assets
  • Manipulate systems
  • Avoid identification
  • Restart after receiving a negative moderation history
  • Gain economic or gameplay advantages
  • Influence votes, reports, applications or community processes
  • Conceal connections between users or accounts
  • Hold additional accounts without an immediate abusive purpose

The absence of misconduct on an additional account does not make unauthorized multi-accounting permissible.

Accounts required on separate third-party platforms, such as a Discord account, Cfx account and forum account belonging to the same person, are not considered prohibited multi-accounting merely because separate platforms require separate accounts.

Multiple in-game characters made available through official xWorld gameplay systems are not considered separate user accounts.

Development, testing, administration, automated services or other legitimate operational accounts require authorization from xWorld Management.

Unauthorized additional accounts may be suspended or permanently removed together with associated accounts.

6. Account Security and Account Sharing

Users are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect their accounts.

You may not intentionally provide another person with access to your xWorld account where account sharing is prohibited by the relevant service.

You may not buy, sell, lease, trade or transfer an xWorld account unless xWorld has expressly authorized the transfer.

You must not knowingly access another person's account without authorization.

If you believe an account has been compromised, contact xWorld Support as soon as reasonably possible.

Account compromise does not automatically invalidate enforcement actions. Available evidence and the circumstances of the incident may be reviewed where appropriate.

7. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

You may not falsely impersonate:

  • xWorld Interactive
  • xWorld Management
  • xWorld staff members
  • xWorld developers
  • xWorld partners
  • xWorld creators
  • Other community members
  • Companies or organizations

You may not falsely claim an official relationship, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, permission, staff position or affiliation with xWorld or another organization.

Names, profile pictures, titles, branding or other presentation designed to create a misleading appearance of official authority may be removed.

8. Privacy, Doxxing and Personal Information

The privacy and safety of community members must be respected.

Users may not obtain, publish, distribute, threaten to publish, trade or solicit another person's non-public personal information without lawful authorization.

Protected information may include:

  • Residential addresses
  • Private telephone numbers
  • Private email addresses
  • Identification documents
  • Financial information
  • Login credentials
  • Private photographs
  • Private correspondence
  • IP addresses
  • Authentication information
  • Location information
  • Other information capable of exposing or endangering a person

Doxxing, swatting, credible threats involving personal information and attempts to locate or intimidate users outside the xWorld environment are considered serious violations.

xWorld may permanently remove users responsible for such conduct.

9. Cheating, Exploitation and Security Abuse

xWorld maintains a strict policy against cheating, exploitation, unauthorized automation and deliberate attacks on the integrity of its services.

The following are prohibited:

  • Cheats
  • Aimbots
  • Triggerbots
  • ESP or unauthorized player information systems
  • Mod menus used to obtain an unfair advantage
  • Unauthorized game modifications intended to bypass gameplay restrictions
  • Cheat loaders
  • Injectors
  • Unauthorized executors
  • Unauthorized macros or automation providing a gameplay advantage
  • Botting
  • Exploit tools
  • Duplication exploits
  • Economy exploits
  • Authentication bypasses
  • Anti-cheat bypasses
  • Ban bypasses
  • Hardware identification spoofing used to evade enforcement
  • Unauthorized manipulation of network traffic
  • Unauthorized manipulation of game or service data
  • Deliberately abusing vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to compromise xWorld infrastructure
  • Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to databases, servers, accounts or internal systems
  • Distributing or selling methods designed to compromise xWorld services
  • Assisting another user in committing any of the above

Knowingly retaining or benefiting from assets, currency, items, privileges or other advantages obtained through an exploit may also constitute a violation.

A user who discovers a security vulnerability or serious exploit must not intentionally abuse it. The issue should be reported privately to xWorld.

Permanent Enforcement

Serious or confirmed violations of this section may result in an immediate and permanent network-wide ban.

A confirmed permanent ban issued under Section 9 is final and is not eligible for removal through the ordinary appeal process.

A permanent Section 9 ban will not be removed because:

  • A significant amount of time has passed
  • The user apologizes
  • The user offers payment
  • The user has previously purchased digital goods
  • The user purchases additional products
  • The user changes their Discord, Cfx or other external account
  • The user changes hardware
  • The user changes network connection
  • The user creates another account
  • The user claims another person now controls the account

A permanent Section 9 ban may only be reversed where xWorld determines that the enforcement action was demonstrably issued in error or where reversal is required by a binding legal obligation.

There is no entitlement to reinstatement.

Purchasing products, memberships, digital goods or otherwise supporting xWorld financially never grants immunity from anti-cheat, security or moderation enforcement.

9A. Combat Recording and Evidence Preservation

Players participating in armed combat or a shooting incident on an xWorld server are required to maintain a complete gameplay recording of the incident from beginning to end.

Recording Requirement

Every player is responsible for having a functioning recording or replay system available while participating in gameplay where this rule applies.

Every shooting incident or armed player-versus-player engagement must be preserved as complete gameplay footage.

The recording must:

  • Show the complete relevant gameplay window
  • Contain the entire combat situation from beginning to end
  • Include the circumstances immediately preceding the engagement where available through a replay buffer or continuous recording
  • Continue until the combat situation has clearly concluded
  • Remain in its original and materially unaltered form
  • Be sufficiently clear to permit a reasonable gameplay and integrity review
  • Not intentionally conceal relevant parts of the screen or gameplay

For an unexpected engagement, players are expected to use a recording solution capable of preserving the preceding gameplay through continuous recording or a replay-buffer function.

The absence of a recording because the player manually chose not to record, disabled their recording system, failed to preserve the footage or allowed required footage to be overwritten does not normally excuse compliance with this rule.

Audio and Private Communications

This rule requires evidence of gameplay. It does not require players to intentionally record private third-party communications that they are not permitted to record.

Where technically possible, private external communication applications should be excluded from the recording source if recording those communications is unnecessary for the gameplay evidence.

Players remain responsible for complying with applicable law when configuring recording software.

Retention

Required combat recordings must be retained by the player for at least 7 days after the relevant incident.

If the player is informed during that period that the incident is under investigation, the recording must be preserved until the investigation and any authorized review procedure have concluded.

Deleting, overwriting or intentionally making requested evidence unavailable after being informed that it is required for an investigation may be treated as evidence evasion.

Authorized Evidence Requests

For the purpose of this rule, an authorized evidence review may only be conducted by an xWorld staff member holding the official Discord role "PHCD" or by higher xWorld Management.

An authorized staff member may require a player to present the relevant original recording where there is a legitimate moderation, anti-cheat or competitive-integrity reason for review.

The player may be required to present the recording through an authorized private review method, including a private Discord screen share or another method approved by xWorld.

A copy of the recording may only be requested or retained by xWorld where reasonably necessary for the investigation, evidence preservation, enforcement review or an associated appeal or legal requirement.

Recordings submitted for review are confidential moderation material and must not be publicly distributed by staff except where disclosure is authorized or legally required.

Leaving, Evading or Refusing a Review

Intentionally leaving, disappearing, disconnecting, refusing to cooperate or otherwise attempting to evade an authorized recording review may result in a 30-day network-wide suspension.

A genuine technical interruption, connection failure or emergency is not automatically treated as intentional evasion.

Where a player claims a legitimate interruption, staff may require the player to resume the review within a reasonable period.

Failure to return or respond within the period specified by the reviewing staff member without a reasonable explanation may be treated as intentional review evasion.

Missing Recording

Failure to provide a required recording of a relevant shooting incident may result in a 7-day network-wide suspension.

The missing-recording sanction does not prevent additional enforcement where separate evidence establishes another rule violation.

Repeated failures to comply with the recording requirement may result in progressively stronger enforcement.

Manipulated or Incomplete Evidence

The following may be treated as serious evidence-integrity violations:

  • Editing relevant portions out of a recording
  • Cutting the recording to conceal relevant gameplay
  • Manipulating playback to misrepresent what occurred
  • Obscuring relevant portions of the screen
  • Providing fabricated footage
  • Replacing footage with footage from another incident
  • Intentionally removing relevant frames or sequences
  • Manipulating metadata or files for the purpose of deceiving staff
  • Knowingly presenting false evidence

Normal video compression, automatic recording-software processing or other technical changes that do not materially alter or conceal the gameplay are not, by themselves, evidence manipulation.

Suspicious Gameplay and Permanent Ban Review

If the recording, server evidence or other available information shows reasonable indications of prohibited automation, manipulation or cheating, an authorized staff member holding the Discord role "Vertraulich" may refer the case for a Permanent Ban Review.

Relevant indicators may include:

  • Aimbot-like targeting behavior
  • Triggerbot-like behavior
  • Bot-like behavior
  • Unauthorized macro or automation behavior
  • Artificially consistent or technically implausible inputs
  • Manipulated evidence
  • Evidence of cheat software or prohibited tools
  • Evidence of deliberate anti-cheat circumvention
  • Other behavior reasonably indicating a serious Section 9 violation

Suspicious behavior alone does not automatically constitute a final permanent-ban decision. Available evidence must be assessed as a whole.

A player may be temporarily suspended while a Permanent Ban Review is pending where continued access could reasonably interfere with the investigation, permit evidence destruction, facilitate ban evasion or create a risk to server integrity.

Executive Review

Before a disputed Permanent Ban Review under this section is finally determined, the affected player may be given one opportunity to attend a private review meeting and provide their explanation regarding the relevant evidence.

The final review is conducted by the Executive Director or an expressly authorized substitute where the Executive Director is unavailable or has a conflict of interest.

The review may consider the recording, anti-cheat information, server logs, gameplay evidence, account history, technical evidence and the player's explanation.

xWorld is not required to disclose confidential anti-cheat detection methods, internal security logic, protected investigation techniques or information whose disclosure would materially assist circumvention.

If the player refuses the offered meeting, fails to attend without reasonable explanation or cannot be reached through the designated process, a decision may be made on the available evidence.

If the Executive Review confirms a serious Section 9 violation, a permanent network-wide ban may be issued under Section 9.

Once a permanent Section 9 ban has been confirmed through this process, the permanent-ban provisions of Section 9 apply.

The purpose of the Executive Review is to determine whether the permanent sanction should be issued. It is not an additional appeal after a confirmed permanent Section 9 decision.

10. Ban Evasion

Attempting to circumvent any xWorld restriction, suspension or ban is prohibited.

Ban evasion may include:

  • Creating another account
  • Using another person's account
  • Borrowing an account
  • Purchasing an account
  • Changing identifiers
  • Using spoofing tools
  • Using technical measures intended to defeat enforcement
  • Asking another person to access xWorld on your behalf
  • Misrepresenting your identity
  • Deliberately concealing account ownership

Accounts knowingly provided to banned users may also be sanctioned.

Ban evasion may result in permanent network-wide exclusion.

11. Fraud, Scamming and Malicious Activity

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud
  • Scamming
  • Phishing
  • Credential theft
  • Social engineering intended to obtain unauthorized access or assets
  • Distribution of malware
  • Distribution of malicious links
  • Payment fraud
  • Intentional abuse of payment systems
  • Selling stolen accounts
  • Trading stolen assets
  • Fraudulent refund claims
  • Fraudulent chargebacks
  • Deliberately falsifying payment evidence
  • Attempting to deceive xWorld staff for financial or digital gain

Where appropriate, xWorld may preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment providers, platform operators or competent authorities.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a legitimate statutory right, contacting a payment provider in good faith or disputing a transaction where they have a lawful basis to do so.

12. Real-Money Trading and Unauthorized Transactions

Unless expressly authorized by xWorld, users may not exchange real-world money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods or services for xWorld virtual assets outside an official xWorld purchasing system.

This includes the unauthorized sale or purchase of:

  • In-game currency
  • Vehicles
  • Properties
  • Businesses
  • Items
  • Weapons
  • Characters
  • Accounts
  • Services
  • Membership benefits
  • Access rights
  • Staff privileges
  • Whitelist access
  • Other virtual benefits

Users may not act as unauthorized brokers or intermediaries for such transactions.

xWorld does not recognize or protect unauthorized private transactions between users.

Assets involved in prohibited transactions may be removed where permitted.

13. Advertising, Solicitation and Recruitment

Unauthorized commercial advertising, community advertising or recruitment is prohibited.

This may include:

  • Advertising competing game servers
  • Advertising Discord communities
  • Commercial promotion
  • Affiliate links
  • Referral links
  • Unauthorized creator promotion
  • Recruitment for external communities
  • Repeated unsolicited private messages
  • Promotion of unauthorized marketplaces

Approved xWorld partners, creators and advertisers may receive separate permissions.

Approval for one campaign, platform or location does not constitute permanent permission to advertise elsewhere.

14. Spam and Platform Abuse

Users must not intentionally interfere with normal use of xWorld communication services.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Message flooding
  • Repeated identical messages
  • Excessive mentions
  • Mass unsolicited direct messages
  • Automated spam
  • Reaction spam
  • Deliberate forum flooding
  • Malicious formatting
  • Intentionally misleading links
  • Abuse of reporting systems
  • Abuse of support tickets
  • Repeated creation of duplicate reports
  • Deliberately wasting staff resources

Content should be posted in an appropriate section whenever a suitable section exists.

15. Illegal and Seriously Harmful Content

Content that is unlawful or prohibited by binding platform requirements may not be distributed through xWorld services.

This includes content involving:

  • Child sexual exploitation
  • Non-consensual intimate material
  • Credible threats of serious violence
  • Malware
  • Fraud
  • Stolen credentials
  • Instructions or material primarily intended to facilitate serious criminal conduct
  • Other content whose possession or distribution is unlawful

Where required by law, xWorld may preserve or report relevant information to competent authorities or service providers.

16. Intellectual Property

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, licenses and other intellectual property rights.

You may not knowingly upload, distribute, sell or make available content that you do not have the necessary rights or permission to use.

This includes unauthorized distribution of:

  • Paid scripts
  • Maps
  • Models
  • Textures
  • Clothing
  • Vehicles
  • Music
  • Images
  • Software
  • Leaked resources
  • Stolen development work
  • License-protected assets

The removal of branding from an asset does not by itself create permission to use that asset.

xWorld may remove content where a credible intellectual property complaint is received or where continued distribution creates a legal or platform-compliance risk.

17. User-Generated Content

Users remain responsible for content they submit to xWorld services.

By voluntarily submitting content to a public or community-facing xWorld service, you grant xWorld the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, display, reproduce and technically process that content for the operation of the relevant service.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the user's intellectual property to xWorld.

Users must have the rights necessary to submit the content they provide.

xWorld may moderate, hide or remove user-generated content where permitted by applicable law and where necessary to enforce these Rules & Policies, comply with legal obligations, protect users or operate the service.

18. Virtual Items and In-Game Goods

Virtual items made available through xWorld are digital rights or permissions for use within the relevant xWorld service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product description, virtual items:

  • Do not constitute physical property
  • Have no guaranteed real-world monetary value
  • Cannot be redeemed from xWorld for cash
  • Are personal to the account for which they were granted
  • May not be resold or transferred outside authorized systems
  • May only be used within the service for which they were provided

Virtual items may include:

  • Vehicles
  • Clothing
  • Cosmetic items
  • Membership benefits
  • Access permissions
  • Virtual currency
  • Properties
  • Gameplay items
  • Customization options
  • Other digital entitlements

Possession of a virtual item does not grant ownership of underlying software, models, trademarks, textures, code or other intellectual property.

19. Game Balancing and Virtual Economies

xWorld may make reasonable changes to gameplay systems and virtual economies in order to maintain game balance, security, performance, fairness or continued operation of a service.

This may include adjustments to:

  • Vehicle performance
  • Item statistics
  • Economy values
  • Rewards
  • Prices denominated in virtual currency
  • Gameplay functionality
  • Availability
  • Progression
  • Server balancing

Paid digital entitlements will be handled in accordance with the applicable product description, applicable law and the terms governing the transaction.

Nothing in these Rules & Policies removes mandatory consumer rights relating to purchased digital products.

20. Official Purchases and Tebex

Monetization of xWorld FiveM services is conducted through xWorld's official Tebex store where required by the applicable Cfx platform rules.

xWorld does not authorize alternative or unofficial payment methods for the purchase of FiveM server benefits where such methods would conflict with applicable Cfx or Tebex requirements.

A purchase may provide a limited personal right to use the digital item, package, membership or benefit described at the time of purchase.

Purchases do not transfer ownership of xWorld infrastructure, software, intellectual property or underlying game assets.

The exact contents, duration and conditions of a package are determined by:

  1. The product description presented at the time of purchase
  2. The applicable checkout terms
  3. The applicable Tebex terms
  4. Applicable Cfx and Rockstar Games requirements
  5. These Rules & Policies
  6. Mandatory applicable law

Where these documents conflict, mandatory law and binding platform requirements take precedence.

21. Purchases Do Not Provide Immunity

Purchasing a package, membership, item or other digital entitlement does not provide immunity from these Rules & Policies.

Customers are subject to the same moderation, anti-cheat and security standards as all other users.

A user may be suspended or permanently banned even where the user has previously purchased digital goods.

Where access to purchased digital goods is lost because the user has been lawfully excluded from the relevant service for violating applicable rules, refund rights are determined by the applicable transaction terms and mandatory consumer law.

A user may not demand removal of a legitimate sanction solely because money has previously been spent on xWorld services.

22. Virtual Currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, xWorld virtual currency exists exclusively within the relevant xWorld service.

Virtual currency:

  • Is not legal tender
  • Is not a bank deposit
  • Is not an investment
  • Does not represent an ownership interest in xWorld
  • Does not create a right to profit
  • Cannot be redeemed from xWorld for real-world currency unless expressly required by law or an authorized product expressly provides otherwise
  • May not be sold through unauthorized markets

Virtual currency obtained through fraud, exploits, duplication, administrative error or other unauthorized methods may be corrected or removed.

23. Delivery of Digital Goods

Digital products will normally be delivered to the account, server or user identity specified or associated with the transaction.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information where required for delivery.

If a purchased entitlement is not delivered correctly, the user should contact xWorld Support or the relevant Tebex support process with sufficient transaction information to investigate the issue.

xWorld may verify transaction records before manually granting or restoring a digital entitlement.

A technical delivery error does not authorize a user to intentionally obtain duplicate benefits.

24. Refunds, Withdrawal Rights and Payment Disputes

Purchases are subject to the refund, payment and checkout terms applicable to the transaction, including applicable Tebex terms.

Digital goods may be subject to specific legal rules concerning withdrawal rights once digital performance or delivery has begun.

Nothing in these Rules & Policies excludes, limits or waives statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Users must not knowingly initiate fraudulent payment disputes, false chargebacks or false refund claims.

xWorld will not sanction a user merely for exercising a legitimate consumer right or raising a genuine payment dispute in good faith.

Where a payment is reversed, refunded or charged back, digital goods or benefits associated with that payment may be removed where legally and contractually permitted.

25. Subscriptions and Recurring Benefits

Where xWorld offers subscriptions or recurring memberships through an authorized platform, the applicable billing cycle, price, renewal conditions and cancellation procedure are determined by the terms presented at checkout.

Benefits tied to an active subscription may cease when that subscription ends.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for periods already provided unless required by the applicable contract or mandatory law.

26. Service Availability

xWorld aims to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Servers and services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Security incidents
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party outages
  • Platform changes
  • DDoS attacks
  • Technical problems
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Events outside xWorld's reasonable control

Temporary service interruptions do not automatically create a right to compensation unless such a right exists under the applicable contract or mandatory law.

27. Moderation and Enforcement

xWorld may take reasonable enforcement action when these Rules & Policies, platform-specific rules or binding third-party requirements are violated.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

  • Informal guidance
  • Written warnings
  • Content removal
  • Temporary communication restrictions
  • Feature restrictions
  • Temporary suspensions
  • Removal of in-game benefits obtained through misconduct
  • Character sanctions
  • Account sanctions
  • Server bans
  • Community bans
  • Partner or creator removal
  • Staff removal
  • Permanent network-wide bans

xWorld may consider factors such as:

  • Severity
  • Intent
  • Previous violations
  • Repetition
  • Risk to other users
  • Damage caused
  • Attempts to conceal the conduct
  • Cooperation during investigation
  • Security implications

xWorld is not required to apply identical sanctions to cases involving materially different circumstances.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent enforcement without a prior warning.

28. Cross-Platform Enforcement

Serious misconduct on one xWorld service may result in restrictions across other xWorld services.

A user does not have an automatic right to remain on the forum, Discord, game servers or other xWorld services merely because the original violation occurred on a different xWorld platform.

Network-wide sanctions may be used where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the community
  • Prevent ban evasion
  • Protect infrastructure
  • Prevent fraud
  • Respond to severe harassment
  • Respond to security incidents
  • Enforce serious anti-cheat violations
  • Protect staff or users

Conduct outside xWorld may only be considered where it has a sufficiently direct and material connection to the safety, integrity or operation of xWorld services.

29. Staff Authority

Authorized xWorld staff may investigate suspected rule violations and take action within the permissions assigned to their role.

Staff members may request reasonable cooperation during an investigation.

Users may not:

  • Threaten staff
  • Bribe staff
  • Attempt to purchase moderation outcomes
  • Blackmail staff
  • Impersonate staff
  • Intentionally obstruct an investigation
  • Fabricate evidence
  • Destroy or manipulate evidence for the purpose of deceiving staff

Staff members remain subject to internal xWorld policies and are not exempt from these Rules & Policies.

Abuse of staff permissions may result in immediate removal from the team and additional sanctions.

30. Evidence and Investigations

xWorld may consider available and lawfully obtained evidence when investigating violations.

Depending on the service and incident, relevant evidence may include:

  • Server logs
  • Anti-cheat records
  • Account identifiers
  • Transaction records
  • Gameplay recordings
  • Screenshots
  • Video recordings
  • Chat records
  • Forum posts
  • Support tickets
  • Reports
  • Moderation history
  • Technical security records
  • Information voluntarily or lawfully provided by involved users

Evidence may be assessed together rather than in isolation.

xWorld is not required to publicly disclose confidential anti-cheat methods, security systems, internal detection logic, protected staff information or information whose disclosure would create a material risk of circumvention.

Processing and retention of personal data is subject to the applicable xWorld Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

31. Reports and False Reports

Users are encouraged to report genuine rule violations through official reporting systems.

Reports should contain accurate information and relevant evidence where reasonably available.

Knowingly submitting fabricated evidence or intentionally false accusations may itself result in sanctions.

An unsuccessful report is not automatically a false report. A report is considered abusive where there is evidence that the user knowingly attempted to deceive or misuse the reporting process.

32. Appeals

Where an appeal is available, it must be submitted through the official xWorld appeal process.

Appeals must be truthful and may be rejected where they contain:

  • Fabricated evidence
  • Deliberate misrepresentation
  • Threats
  • Harassment
  • Spam
  • Repeated submissions without new information

An appeal provides an opportunity for review. It does not guarantee removal or reduction of a sanction.

xWorld may limit repeated appeals concerning a decision that has already received a reasonable final review.

Permanent bans issued and confirmed under Section 9 are not eligible for ordinary appeal or reinstatement.

A request alleging a demonstrable identification, technical or administrative error may still be reviewed for the limited purpose of determining whether the sanction was issued to the wrong person or was otherwise demonstrably issued in error.

33. No Purchase of Unbans

Users may not purchase or offer money, digital goods, services or other consideration in exchange for removal of a legitimate moderation sanction unless xWorld has expressly established an official and platform-compliant process permitting a specific type of sanction resolution.

No purchase from the xWorld store automatically removes:

  • Warnings
  • Suspensions
  • Anti-cheat bans
  • Security bans
  • Community bans
  • Staff sanctions

Permanent Section 9 sanctions cannot be removed through payment.

34. Circumvention and Loopholes

These Rules & Policies are interpreted according to their reasonable purpose, not solely according to their literal wording.

Deliberately using a technicality, loophole or omitted example to perform conduct that clearly defeats the purpose of a rule may still constitute a violation.

This does not permit arbitrary enforcement. The conduct must reasonably fall within the purpose and subject matter of an existing rule or legitimate security requirement.

35. Additional Server and Platform Rules

Individual xWorld services may publish additional rules concerning matters such as:

  • Roleplay standards
  • Character rules
  • Economy rules
  • Faction rules
  • Combat rules
  • Vehicle rules
  • Voice communication
  • Server-specific exploits
  • Events
  • Competitive modes
  • Whitelisted jobs
  • Creator programs
  • Partner programs

Users are responsible for complying with the additional rules applicable to the service they use.

If a server-specific rule imposes a stricter requirement than these global rules, the server-specific rule applies within that service unless it conflicts with mandatory law or a binding higher-level platform requirement.

36. Third-Party Platforms

xWorld services may depend on third-party platforms and providers.

These may include:

  • Rockstar Games
  • Cfx
  • FiveM
  • Discord
  • Tebex
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Payment and security providers

Use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and enforcement systems.

xWorld cannot override sanctions or decisions made independently by third-party providers.

Users must not ask xWorld staff to assist them in circumventing third-party restrictions.

37. Data Protection

Personal data used in connection with xWorld services is handled in accordance with the applicable xWorld Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Security, anti-fraud and moderation systems may process information reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misconduct, enforce rules and comply with legal obligations, subject to applicable law.

Gameplay recordings submitted under Section 9A may be processed for moderation, security and competitive-integrity investigations in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Access to confidential investigation material should be restricted to personnel who require access for the relevant purpose.

Detailed information concerning categories of personal data, processing purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and data-subject rights should be provided in the xWorld Privacy Policy where required.

38. Rule Updates

These Rules & Policies may be updated where reasonably necessary because of:

  • New xWorld services
  • Security requirements
  • Changes to gameplay
  • New forms of abuse
  • Changes in third-party platform requirements
  • Changes in law
  • Operational requirements
  • Community safety requirements

Material changes will take effect from the stated effective date.

Updates do not remove mandatory consumer rights and will not be used to retroactively redefine completed transactions contrary to applicable law.

Users are responsible for reviewing the currently published version of these Rules & Policies.

39. No Waiver

Failure by xWorld to enforce a rule in one case does not permanently waive the right to enforce that rule in another case.

A previous moderation decision does not automatically establish a binding precedent for future incidents.

Permission granted as an exception applies only to the scope for which that permission was granted.
